The location in the heart of the city provided easy access to top attractions, dining, and entertainment, perfect for our family staycation with our son. the hotel staff, especially Eva and Uygen, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and enjoyment throughout our visit. the grand staircase and historical indoor heated swimming pool added a touch of elegance and charm to our experience. The hotel's state-of-the-art amenities, including the newly renovated fitness center with Peloton bikes, made it convenient for us to stay active and relax during our getaway. the Spa InterContinental offered a luxurious retreat with various treatments, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the city. the Junior Olympic size swimming pool with Spanish Majolica tiles was a sight to behold, truly one of the most beautiful pools we've seen. Our dining experience at Michael Jordan's Steak House was a highlight, with succulent meals made from locally sourced, seasonal ingredients. the hotel's proximity to Navy Pier and Lincoln Zoo allowed us to enjoy free admission and explore the city's wonders with ease. We look forward to returning for another unforgettable experience.
